Fee note: Criminal judgment — € 110 (plus a proportional fee of 1‰ of any sum of money mentioned in the judgment). Divorce judgment — € 55 (plus 2‰ of any sum of money mentioned). Confirm with the Embassy for judgment types not listed here.

- Original document (or certified true copy from the issuing authority), pre-certified by the competent German authority — see list below. Note: documents issued by an Amtsgericht (e.g. Handelsregisterauszug) must be certified by the Landgericht.
