- Detailed itemised list of the furniture and household goods used in Germany, certified by the local residents’ registration office (Bürgeramt) — with 1 copy
- Personal declaration by the applicant, signed in person before a consular officer at the Embassy, or authenticated before a Notar or Bürgeramt — stating the intention to relocate to Lebanon permanently and confirming ownership and personal use of the listed items — with 1 copy. - Copy of the Lebanese passport, ID card, or Individual civil registry record
- Copy of rental contract or property deed in Lebanon

- Prepare all required documents (originals and copies as listed above).
- Complete and sign the declaration form (in person at the Embassy, or authenticated before a Notar / Bürgeramt).
- Submit documents at the Embassy or send by post together with a pre-addressed, sufficiently stamped return envelope for the return of processed documents.

This service remains available, but the official fee material currently published on this website does not show the furniture-moving certification as a separate line item. Please confirm the current fee directly with the Embassy or via the Consular Fees page before transferring payment.
Once the Embassy confirms the applicable fee for this file, pay by Instant Bank Transfer only. State the full applicant name in the payment reference (Verwendungszweck) and enclose the payment receipt. Cash payments and on-site POS payments are not accepted.
