Mr. Hamza JAMMOUL

 

Mr. Hamza Jammoul took up office as Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Lebanon in Berlin in July 2019. Prior to that, he had served as a First Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants in Beirut, at the Directorate of Political and Consular Affairs -European Union Section.

Previously, he worked as advisor and program expert in the ENPI CBC MED / ENI CBC Med Program, the largest Cross-Border Cooperation (CBC) initiative implemented by the EU under the European Neighborhood Instrument (ENI).

He holds a Bachelor in Law from the Lebanese University, Postgraduate Certificate and Master degree in Peace and War Studies from the University of Coventry (UK) and a PHD degree in International and Diplomatic Studies from the CEDS in Paris.

His academic areas of interests are focused on Conflict Resolution and Negotiation, International relations, European Studies, Euro-Mediterranean Affairs, Diaspora Diplomacy and Soft Power phenomenon.

He speaks Arabic, English, French and Italian.

Mr. Hamza Jammoul is married with two children.
